EuroFrame modular support frames for MEPF services

EuroFrame™ brings secondary support framing and seismic design together for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire services. It can support coordinated, multi-service arrangements, with the frame, connections and installation approach developed for the project.

Prefabricated or assembled on site

EuroFrame can be used as a prefabricated solution or assembled on site where access, staging or installation conditions require it. Planning the arrangement early helps your team coordinate the services, fixing points and installation sequence before work reaches site.

For suitable packages, prefabrication moves assembly work off site. The delivery format and the extent of preassembly need to be agreed for the project, including which services are installed before the frame is delivered.

One frame, coordinated services

A shared frame can bring multiple building services into one coordinated support arrangement. That starts with understanding the services and their loads, available clearances, attachment locations and the requirements of the supporting structure.

Our team can help with framing design and Revit/BIM coordination within the agreed scope. Product selection, design documentation, installation review and certification requirements should be established together.

Reported labour savings on a Melbourne data-centre build

Eurofast’s modular-versus-traditional case study reports approximately 50% labour savings on a major Melbourne data-centre build. The comparison describes replacing on-site trade work at height with off-site workshop assembly at floor level. This is a project-specific reported result, not a guaranteed saving for every EuroFrame package.

EuroFrame on a data-centre project

At NextDC M3 Stage 4 in Melbourne, Eurofast has worked alongside SME Powered Services using EuroFrame for coordinated building-services support. The project illustrates how prefabricated and site-assembled approaches can be considered within the same development.

Questions about EuroFrame

Can EuroFrame support more than one trade?

Yes. Multi-service arrangements are part of the EuroFrame approach. The services, loads, connections and coordination requirements must be established for each project.

Does a prefabricated frame arrive with services already installed?

The supply scope varies by package. Confirm what is included in the assembly and who is responsible for the services, transport, lifting and final installation.

Does choosing EuroFrame certify the installation?

No. Product selection is one part of the process. Project design, the installed arrangement and the required supporting evidence must be reviewed within the agreed certification scope.
